I know I need to hydrate. But honestly, I'm not the best at that. My mom is always on me about not drinking enough water. So today, we went out with one of my moms best and oldest friend and they got me a cute waterbottle under the promise that I'd drink more water. They also got me a cute little hat for when we go out to walks up work on my endurance. And my moms best friend got me a Snoopy shirt! Drinking water and taking a walk as a speak!!!
実のところ言うと、お水を飲むのはちょっと苦手。ママにしょっちゅうちゃんと水を飲むって言われてる。だから、今日はママの旧友(親友)が駆けつけてくれてお買い物^_^水をちゃんと飲む約束してかわいい水筒買ってくれた。スタミナを上げるための散歩する時被るかわいい帽子。それから最近はまってるスヌーピーのTシャツをママの友達が買ってくれた！これから水分補給しながら散歩に行ってきます！
